Huy Homestay Apartment - Studio Balcony

This apartment is one of the many apartments inside our main building named HuyHomestay Apartment. We provide homestay service here with joy, good, and passion.

This space is flooded with light from a large balcony that is surrounded by greenery. The main building situates within a tranquil neighborhood where (if you'd like <3) you can easily interact with friendly locals, and enjoy Vietnamese culture to the core during your stay with us!
The space
The apartment is a 40m2 studio equipped with:
✯ 01 queen-sized bed
✯ Large step-out balcony facing the neighborhood alley directly
✯ Smart TV and free, high-speed internet connection (300mbps)
✯ AC, microwave, and fridge
✯ 24/7 online and offline support from English-speaking staff

The main building has:
✯ A large area for parking your bikes + motorbikes
✯ A laundry area, with washing machine and dryer. Just a heads up: while the facilities are available, laundry service does incur a small fee

Popular recreational activities and public transportation nearby:
✯ Hanoi Train Station (100m)
✯ Hanoi Train Street (300m)
✯ Surrounded by local cuisine, as well as: Indian, Italian, French, Spanish cuisine
✯ Close to the Old Quarter tourist center but far enough for a quiet night of sleep.
Other things to note
Recently there has been a temporary construction situation at the entrance of our neighborhood alley. Please bear with us as we navigate through this:
✯ Cars will face difficulty accessing the area
✯ Bikes and pedestrians can still make their way through, with a bit of guidance. Rest assured we're committed to providing guidance when chatting with you
✯ There will be some noise during daytime (and - even though rarely - nighttime)

As you settle into our apartment, please be mindful of a few things:
✯ Our apartment is adorned with beautiful plants, and we kindly request your help in watering them daily.
✯ Let's maintain the cleanliness of the apartment by avoiding littering.
✯ Help us conserve energy by switching off all lights when leaving the apartment.
