Everything was very clean and well maintained! Host was very easy to communicate with! Well stocked kitchen. Lots of indoor and outdoor games. Plenty of seating inside and out for large family! Attention to detail was very appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

Plenty of space for a family or small group gathering - clean and neat, very well-equipped home. Many personal touches provided by our host to help us celebrate my Ranger School graduation made our stay even extra special! High recommend!

This was an amazing home. When you use the phrase a home away from home this is it. Everything was clean and organized. The attention to detail was incredible. Games and entertainment are provided for all ages including your inner child. Resources are also provided for local dining and entertainment. This owner went above and beyond to make our trip a special memory for our family.

I'm usually terrible about leaving reviews, but felt it very important to leave a review for our stay here as it was one of the best (if not the best) stays we have done in a short term rental. Lydia was the most communicative, gracious and thoughtful host/hostess we have ever encountered (and as a military family we have traveled ALOT). We traveled to GA for our daughter's OCS graduation on FT Benning and the location of the house was amazing for easy and quick access to the base as well as to the lovely downtown Columbus area. Lot's of amenities are very close by, but it is also in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has lot's of amenities as well, including really great outdoor spaces, comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, and so many other really thoughtful touches that will make your stay feel like a home away from home. Lydia, made sure the check in was seamless and was available for any questions we had. Honestly, if you are going to be traveling for something on FT Benning, or anything in that vicinty of GA/AL, you'd be silly not to book this home!!! Thank you Lydia... you made this such an easy trip and we are grateful for your thoughtfulness!!!

This house is PHENOMENAL!! We had a wonderful stay at this home for 3 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay from kitchen essentials to laundry area. The space was thoughtfully decorated and felt cozy and inviting, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The location was also great quiet and safe, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay, and any minor questions or requests were handled quickly and professionally.Overall, it was a perfect base for our stay, and we’d happily return or recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free home away from home.

Why they chose this property

As a military family we moved to the area and explored the surroundings. We chose this location so we could be close to base and be in a military friendly neighborhood. Once we were stationed elsewhere, we chose to keep the home to cater to our military families also looking for the same thing.

What makes this property unique

It's peaceful and close to EVERYTHING. When we set out to make this a short-term rental, we prioritized the feeling of home. Comfort and consistency is the top priority for this home, so you can cook, watch movies, play games, and really connect with your group. We know how travelling can be, so we included night lights and snacks for those late-night arrivals. We equipped the spaces with information and directions on how to use things and where to go for services, so you don't feel tied to the Host as soon as you come through the door. We want you to have everything you need to have an enjoyable visit, but also know your Host is perfectly happy to answer your calls for any reason at all. All heart went into creating this home away from home and we want you to feel that straight away. As we grow, we will continue to add more amenities to make your stay memorable.
