Overall, this place would have been fine except that there were sharp(very sharp) nails or screws (like 8 or 10 of them) sticking out on the side of the bed frame. It scratched up my leg as I was getting out of bed, which could have been so much worse… I had to tape a folded up paper towel over the nail. I messaged the host and got zero response… if it wasn’t for that I would rate this place 3 maybe 4 stars but sharp nails sticking out where they can hurt a guest is just unacceptable. A few other unsatisfactory things. I had to ask for the check in information. The entrance through the garage, then through a little foyer of the house is weird. At one point the door to the house was just open… and there wasn’t a lock on the door to the actual basement apartment. The fridge is too small and had several items of old food in it. There wasn’t even enough for a full set of cutlery for each guest. You can definitely hear thumping and bumping from the main house above. Would not recommend.

The place was good for what we needed. We didn't have control of the temperature and the portable heater was broken. It's a little awkward going through the garage and then going into the basement. It did get a little loud in the evening

The hosts are absolutely wonderful people, they were willing to go out of their way to help me any issue I was having. Great place to stay and work

We came to help our son and also had to work remotely. The wifi was great and it was easy to get in and out of the house and neighborhood. There was lots of restraunts and shops nearby as well. It was also close to the airport.

Comfortable accessible stay

Comfortable basement apartment easy to access with plenty of elbow room. Conveniently located near major highways making commuting very simple. We stayed with our two adult children. We all had plenty of space to relax after a long day. Super convenient highly recommend.
