This was a great rental , the house has a ton of space and the backyard was beautiful . Great location near downtown but still in a safe neighborhood .

This house in Austin was lovely! It was very clean, and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s not walkable to the Austin city sites but an easy uber drive. I would definitely rent this again for a trip to Austin.

Overall great house with most everything you need. It’s an older property but entirely functional. Bathrooms in the older part of the house are due for a renovation and the noise from Loop 1 is substantial when outdoors. The water pressure is lacking and there seems to be a pump that runs loudly somewhere near the front of the house. Does not impact the master bedroom but could be a challenge for the front room.

Great rental - especially for a large family group. Only notes are that all of the pillows are foam and a little uncomfortable. Water pressure in master shower could be better. The rental had all amenities and was very clean.
