This was one of the bast locations I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. I will be booking this location again!

The location and view were perfect. There were a few things that needed attention. I communicated those with the host and was assured these things would be addressed so future guests can have a great experience.

The stay was perfect. My only suggestion is not to pay for parking until you can see if there is one left for you. We didn't know about this and brought two. Pain trying to get a refund on one pass.

The pool was not clear on Saturday We called someone. They came to check on it but didn’t get much better until Wednesday. We had to call maintenance because air conditioning was not working properly. They did come at 7:40 that night. Dining table was dirty when we checked in. Kitchen rug was nasty, I just had to put it in the closet. Condo could use a thorough cleaning not just the basics. There were not enough towels for a 3 bedroom condo. We had to buy towels. Should have a sign that says touch faucet in the kitchen. It would be nice to have a blanket for the pullout bed and couch. Maybe have extra sheets. Balcony was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Lots of kitchen appliances and cookware.

We apologize for the pool condition and the delayed improvement, and for the A/C issue — maintenance did respond that night but we regret it wasn’t fully resolved quickly. I’m also sorry the dining table, kitchen rug, and overall cleanliness were below standard; we’ve shared this with housekeeping for an immediate deep clean and tighter check-in inspections. We’ll restock towels for three-bedroom units, add extra blankets/sheets for the pullout and couch, and put a small sign explaining the kitchen faucet operation. Glad to hear you enjoyed the balcony, comfortable beds, and the kitchen amenities — thanks for the detailed feedback; we’ll use it to improve future stays.
