A nice house but a bit worn

The host is very lovely, the house is located beautifully, the layout is very practical with many bedrooms and large common areas. However everything is a bit worn, the pool was leaking, the dishwasher did not work properly for some days, a toilet was not working properly and the sunbeds were very old and fragile and broke when using them. I'm sorry that you didn't informed me of the few inconveniences you found during your stay, so that I could not take care of them. I'm very happy that you found a house under location, beautiful and convenient. Hope to welcome you once again so that you can find everything perfect!

Hillside living

The house is difficult to access. The entrance to the garage is steep, and there are many steps to climb outside and inside the property. There was a musty scent in the basement sitting area. The AC didn't work properly, in the bedroom, on the top floor. We loved the big terrace, the view, and the pool area.

Bug Infested

Although the property has a spectacular view and great pool our groups stay was not positive. We received extremely poor response to issues from the host. There was bugs all over the property and in our beds. No hot water. Very limited and worn linens and bedding. I have rented many other properties through a different platform and would not recommend staying here.

Dear Alexandra, unfortunately I'm not surprised of your FALSE REVIEW, because, when some of your friends admitted that they you were a group of 12 people instead of 10, I dared to ask you the extra charge corresponding to the 2 extra persons and you unfairly refused to pay. As far as the linen you mention, it was limited to 10 people obviously and this was the first request that surprised me, to which I replied immediately as I always do. Last but not least, you complained about ants in the house and I immediately sent someone to check on site, only to discover that you had left mature fruit in the kitchen with open doors, forgetting that it's a country house. By the way, you've NEVER MENTIONED BUGS IN THE BEDS IN OUR PREVIOUS CONVERSATIONS and now is the title of your review, is to do a FALSE statement the only way to justify such an unfair and bad review ?? I encourage all my guests to have an open and loyal relationship with me as the foundation principle of the collaborative hosting, which I also tried with you, without succeeding unfortunately. Sincerely Kind regards Alberto

Beautiful villa, close to Cannes and Grasse

Beautiful villa and views of the Cannes Bay that can't be beat! The garden is is small haven with a heated pool and tastefully landscaped. The house is overall clean, spacious, and well furnished -- with 3 to 4 bedrooms in the main levels of the house (one of those bedrooms is 2 communicating bedrooms so can be used for kids or a family), and 2 bedrooms in the basement, plus a play room. Moving around the house requires going up a lot of stairs, and there is limited parking outside the house. It is really well situated, in close proximity to the town of Mouans-Sartoux (less than 5 mins by car) with many restaurants, modern art museum, and train station. Alberto was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended for a great stay on the Cote d'Azur!

Thank you very much much, Olivier, for your appreciation and very useful feedback. You're are right, there are a few minor things that need to be improved to make everything perfect, this is due to the fact that I acquired the villa last year and I focused on major fix first, in order to anyway ensure an excellent experience to my guests this year. More improvements to come this winter for the next season !! Looking forward to welcoming you soon back!!
