Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
If you can load/start the dishwasher greatly appreciate it!
No need to do anything with the beds, but used towels can be left on bathroom floor!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Quiet hours are to be enforced. 10:00pm - 8:00am noise levels must remain to a minimum.
- Max occupancy is 8 people, any additional guests without permission of the host that are on property will be vacated as trespassers.
- Parties are not allowed. Neighbors will notify home owner if party takes place. If guests have not left by checkout, addtl $150 fee will be applied

The stay was awesome! House was very clean, it has nice beds and kitchen is very good and clean! The host is awesome. He helped us during the stay and when we had any questions, he helped explained everything for us!
