Adorable Nantucket-style two-bedroom AIR CONDITIONED townhome with upper balconies and gated brick patios offering breathtaking, panoramic and stunning ocean views of Nantucket Sound.

Meticulously maintained, recently renovated & completely updated with NEWER EVERYTHING (kitchen with granite countertop, baths, furniture, Samsung washer/dryer, lighting/electrical/plumbing etc). Mitsubishi Mini Split Air Conditioner added in 2020 to cool entire cottage. Fully furnished inside and out with all the amenities including bed sheets, bath towels, beach chairs/towels, board games, books, DVDs and more!

Clean, comfortable and stylish - You will not be disappointed with all the extras this lovely vacation home has to offer including Flat Screen TVs with digital cable, DVD player, High Speed WiFi Internet Access (Xfinity), Bosch dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, Margaritaville Mixer, Weber gas grill, Mitsubishi Mini Split Air Conditioner, Dyson blade-less oscillating fan and more!

Our charming beach house sleeps up to 5 people comfortably. The Master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and includes a queen-sized bed, mounted television, A/C and newer Harvey sliding glass doors leading to an upper balcony overlooking the awe-inspiring Atlantic ocean. The 2nd bedroom has solid wooden bunk beds with a trundle, mounted TV, A/C, cathedral ceiling and upper balcony. The Queen sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress for a comfortable, quality night's sleep.

Enjoy our open floor plan in the spacious living room & kitchen/dining area, gleaming wide pine plank floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, sliders or French doors leading to outdoor gated brick patios with picket fences or upper balconies (front and rear!) This home is tastefully decorated with art pieces from local artisans and beach decor. Your private salt water sandy beach is just steps away!

Great location! It is just a short stroll (five minutes) to seaside and family friendly Popponesset Marketplace with eateries, shops, mini-golf and FREE "live" outdoor concerts (Thursday thru Sunday evenings). Mashpee Commons shopping, dining and entertainment is a short drive away or take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket islands via Ferry.

Our vacation home is located in the beautiful, meticulously maintained private beach community of Maushop Village within prestigious New Seabury. Set among cedar shingled cottages, picket fences and seashell walkways, you can relax and enjoy spectacular sunrise/sunsets, warm ocean breezes, fresh salty sea air and the sand and sea beneath your feet.

Highly recommend this beautiful cottage! It has every amenity we needed to be comfortable to go to the beach or stay at home for dinner and a game night. We loved the walkability and all the outdoor space esp the ocean view from the bedroom balcony! We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again!

Great Vacation

The cottage was clean and extremely well-stocked with everything we could have wanted during our stay. The owner was accessible to us but didn't intrude on our vacation, and was kind and courteous in her communication. The home was so comfortable, we will return on our next vacation if it is available!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved staying at this charming coastal cottage, the photos reflect the property perfectly! We spend most of our time on the front patio enjoying the scenery. Plenty to do for all ages with easy beach access as well as a quick drive to shopping and restaurants! Would highly recommend~

Perfect spot for a Cape vacation!

What a great house to spend your vacation, the owner literally thought of everything when furnishing and stocking the house for rentals. It was so easy and anything you would need for the beach is there for use. If you want to rent at Maushop Village there is not a better rental.

Fantastic beach vacation

Meticulous Cape house with easy access to the beach and marketplace. Beautiful days on the beach and relaxing nights on the deck, patio or air conditioned home. Wonderful stay!

We stayed a week in July and were sad to leave! This home is very well stocked and appointed. Everything is new and clean. Short walk to small private beach which can be rocky so bring water shoes. Quick drive to Mashpee Commons for dinner, shopping and groceries.

Family Vacation

This was a fantastic property to stay at for our family of 5. The property was equipped with all the necessities to make a week long vacation one time remember. Lovely ocean front condominium

This comfortable condominium with all the essential amenities, plus some, made our stay so enjoyable. The beach is a short walking distance away and the grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. The Popponesset Spit is a natural wildlife sanctuary that is so beautiful and provided us a walking beach of 4 miles! It was a wonderful stay on the Upper Cape.

Fantastic Cape Cod Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation staying in this fabulous cottage. The owner is very attentive to details reflective in her decor, a fully stocked kitchen, extra beach towels/ beach wagon, plenty of suggested cape cod activities, and well described easy check-in and check-out process. The MBR bed was very comfortable. The ocean views from the MBR deck are spectacular. Quick and easy walk to the beach!!

Perfect Cape Getaway

We were thrilled with our week in this great community. The house was sparkling clean and was set up with everything we could possibly need to enjoy the week. Perfect vacation

Not one bad thing to say about our stay in this cottage at Maushop Village. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, making you feel at home. It had everything we needed for the week. The A/C is always a plus for us, especially during a hot summer week. Sheila was readily available if we needed her. Our family enjoyed going into Pomponnesset Marketplace most nights for food, music, ice cream, and mini golf. This is the perfect family summer vacation.

Wonderful Cape Vacation

We spent the week at Sheila’s adorable house and had an amazing time. We had 4 adults and a 1 year old and the house was just perfect. We had everything that we could possibly need. It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. already there. Sheila has made sure that the house is very well stocked with all the necessities. We loved walking on the trails, riding our bikes, and lounging on the beach. We hope to be back again soon!

Perfect Vacation Week!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 5). We loved the short walk to the very family friendly beach. This property really stood out compared to others in the complex with the option and privacy of the outdoor spaces. We enjoyed spending time on the balconies and patios, and made use of the grill and outdoor table. We also loved the cleanliness and attention to detail. It was well stocked to keep our family occupied - everything from games and puzzles, kid friendly dvds, and beach gear and toys. The kids cannot stop talking about the trip and keep asking when we can go back!

Beautiful beach confo

Magestic Mashaup Village did not disappoint. Views of the ocean and a short walk to private beach. The condo is adorable, and super clean with decor straight out of a Pottery Barb catalogue. Sheila was amazing to coordinate with. We also love the marketplace and convenience of the walking trail. The air conditioner works amazingly well and cooled the top floor. 10/10! We will be coming back next year.

Quaint cottage & quiet beach community

Everything about this cottage is exactly as described & pictured in the rental listing. Sheila thought of everything to make you feel at home, including a snack tray which we all loved after a long drive from Pittsburgh. This was our first trip to Cape Cod & we are so glad we stayed here. The beach was not crowded & everyone was friendly. It was a very relaxing place to stay. It is also close to other points of interest like the ferry to Martha’s Vinyard and lots of good restaurants. Sheila’s instructions and communications were very clear @ timely. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely cottage!

Charming cottage steps from the beach

We had a lovely week in this charming Maushop cottage. It was spotless and had excellent amenities. My kids loved the boogie boards, we loved the towels, the beach buggy (for transporting everything to the beach), and the fancy Margaritaville margarita blender - that was really fun. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the beach is a three minute walk from your front door. We also enjoyed the little shopping village that you can walk to with the coffee shop, ice cream and mini golf. They have excellent lobster rolls at the Raw Bar too. Our host was very friendly and responsive. We would love to return to this property.

Mashpee Gem

Anyone who wants an amazing vacation in Mashpee should consider this property. It is by far the cleanest, quaint, and unique location to enjoy so much of Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. We loved all the little touches in the house and it was a perfect setting for a couple or a couple with one of two kids. The host made EVERYTHING so easy and wonderful. Check in - simple. Parking - right in front. Ease of amenities - perfect. Spent days at the beach and had all the right equipment. We have traveled a great deal and this place is fabulous. You cannot do wrong with a stay in this house in Mashpee!!

Another Great Stay

We enjoyed this property so much last year, we returned for another visit. We love the short walk to the private beach and the quiet neighborhood and paths for walking. The house was very clean and well kept and had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect New Seabury vacation

This was the perfect vacation spot for my family of 4. My daughters (18, 16) found plenty to do between the beach, the Marketplace, Mashpee Commons, etc., while my wife and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the home (it was immaculate!), convenience to the beach, and the layout of the home. There were several days I didn’t even get in the car! That’s a vacation for me! Upon check in, I felt like I was checking into a high end hotel with the bedding, towels, welcome package, etc. The kids got up 3 of the mornings for sunrise, and we all enjoyed the views of the sunset off in the distance behind us several of the evenings. The neighbors in the village were all super nice, we made friends with several of the neighborhood dogs, as the girls missed their pups! We ate each day at least once at the marketplace, there was plenty for everyone, and cooked on the grill a few of the nights. Thanks for giving us such a great experience, the only bummer was that the week went by too fast! We’ll be back!

Excellent stay!

This is my 2nd time staying at this cottage and I can't say enough good things about it! Every detail was incredible, coolers, beach tent, beach sand toys, beach chairs, a cart to bring everything a drink machine and plenty of working appliances and grill! Everything was super clean and just lovely. Sheila is very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!

I reside in Upstate NY (Bethlehem outside of Albany) with my husband and two sons. My husband Tom and I purchased this townhome in November 2017.
We visit Cape Cod every summer and found New Seabury to be our favorite.

Why they chose this property

Although we have stayed in many places on the Cape, every year we visit New Seabury to dine seaside at the Popponesset Inn, enjoy the Marketplace entertainment and quaint shops. It is a very beautiful area, not too touristy and close to everything. We bought our townhome in Maushop Village because of the stunning, panoramic views of the ocean from our balcony and it is only 300 feet from our own private beach!
