I cannot say enough great things about this host and property. The host was very communicative from the very beginning, and that did not change even after I left. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was terrific. The host has even taken the time to think about the stay from the guest perspective, leaving towels that we could use for cleanup. There were snacks on the table for us as well as a few basic items in the refrigerator, so thoughtful. I thought of something that might make an individual’s stay more comfortable, and I just texted that suggestion to the host, and a day or two later those items showed up so responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Communication with owners was prompt and accurate, facilities were spotless, generous snacks provided, and clean and well appointed throughout. Had a little hiccup on the location of the actual home (owners must have more than one property) but it was resolved quickly. Overall, a wonderful stay at a very well appointed and clean property.

Our families stay at Mike and Le’s place exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, communication was prompt, courteous and informative. The house was clean and had small, thoughtful snacks and necessities throughout the house. The house was in a pleasant quiet neighborhood and the back yard had the best seating and eating area. We went to Disneyland one day which was only about a 10 minute drive. I would stay here with no question if I am in the area again!

The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 young children. The backyard space is shaded and peaceful. Host takes a lot of care in making sure guests are comfortable. Loved the snacks and sunscreen came in handy.

This place is beautiful. Best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a rental, fully ready for real meals. Great laundry machines, just a great value. Mike and Le were easy to work with and very quick to respond d to questions. They do qualify their renters, which given the care with which this home is presented and maintained is perfectly appropriate. Deeply appreciated. Thank you!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! There were so many “extras” that was truly appreciated. There was water bottles in the fridge, snacks galore and my favorite special touch were the balloons! We were in town for our grandson’s first birthday and there was a balloon bouquet next to the snacks. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. I loved sitting outside, watching the birds and sipping my coffee. The landscaping was beautiful. My son happened to take piano lessons and enjoyed playing music for the family. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful place for a family stay!!

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday week at this home and it was so nice. Great kitchen and good size rooms for everyone to have space. (very clean too!!) The hosts were very welcoming and easy to reach if needed. Loved the extra touch of the Christmas tree and poinsettia plants in the family room!! We would definitely come back again!!

This was a great place for our family group of 6 adults and three children (3,1&1/2 and 10 months). plenty of kids toys and equipment and a nice grassy fenced yard for kids to run and play in. The house--kitchen etc is well equipped and the owners, Mike and Le are easy to reach and very responsive. They provided unexpected treats and clearly take pride in the condition of the home.

The home was beautiful, clean, and clearly very well cared foreverything felt thoughtfully maintained and welcoming from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was how fully stocked everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook comfortably, with plenty of utensils, cookware, and essentials. The laundry setup was just as convenient, with supplies readily available, which made our stay that much easier and stress-free.The host went above and beyond by even providing snacks, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch.They were also incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Fantastic property for families with small children

place was absolutely perfect. We stayed with friends (4 adults, 4 kids under 7) and the house is perfectly set up for such a group. The living room includes toys, games, etc and is well set up for kids to play. Backyard was nice for kids to get some fresh air. And location of 15min to Disney was ideal. Kitchen was perfect for cooking, well stocked and all you could ask for to cook. Would 100% stay again!

Great home and host

My family and I stayed at this home for a week in a half for our California vacation. The home and beds were very comfy and spacious for my family of 6. There were many small details the host put into the home that made our stay great. From the stocked fridge, snacks, lots of dishes, pots/pans, towels, clean linens, and great communication prior and during our stay. It was a great experience staying in Mike and Le's home. My kids enjoyed the backyard, piano, and games! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home

This house is absolutely perfect for large groups. We were in town for a sports tournament and had 12 people staying at the house. It worked great! Each family had their own room with 2 queen beds each. The sleeping configuration is the best I have seen for this size house. Kitchen and great room were spacious. Perfect outdoor seating area as well. Great, safe location that is close to many colleges/universities and beaches. Owners are very responsive and easy to work with and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

I wish I had pages and pages to write on to tell you how wonderful this property was, but more importantly, the owners were over the top AMAZING to work with. We rent several properties often and all over the world. This was hands down the best property and experience we have ever had. The house was GORGEOUS, clean, lovely, spacious. We enjoyed every minute of it and the backyard was heaven for reading, playing cards, and just relaxing. The house was stocked with so many "extras"-shampoo, etc... On to the hosts, so much to say. They were always immediate with their responses when I had questions and super helpful. This next part says so much about them. A year ago I reached out to them and told them my daughter was graduating from college and we wanted to know if the property was close to campus. He said yes and it was. Then we booked it. Keep in mind a year has gone by and when we arrived, there were congratulations balloons and all sorts of treats and wonderful snacks for my daughter. I cried when I walked in. I am running out of room to write but book this property. It's amazing and you won't regret it. Best experience ever. Lisa Linn-Colorado

Excellent Property

Our family had a wonderful experience w Mike and Le’s property. Very convenient location for our family Disneyland visit!! Very close proximity to our favorites In n Out and Chipotle!! Albertsons is close by as well. Mike and Le were very responsive to any questions we had and are excellent hosts!!! Thank you for having us and making our family Thanksgiving 2022 a memorable one!!
