The space

Perched at the top of Calablanca Residences, this three-bedroom penthouse is designed around openness and ease. Large windows draw in natural light throughout the day, and the open-plan living areas flow naturally toward the terrace, giving the entire home a sense of connection to the sea. Whether your group is unwinding together or spreading out for a quieter moment, the layout accommodates both with comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

The penthouse sleeps up to nine guests across three bedrooms and six beds, with 3.5 bathrooms to keep mornings running smoothly. Soft linens and warm lighting throughout make each room a proper retreat at the end of a long, sun-filled day.



Outdoor living

Step outside and the terrace becomes your own private front row to the Caribbean. Panoramic sea views open up in every direction, and the sound of the surf is never far. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. When you get there, you'll find a 167-metre stretch of shoreline lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas - ideal for long, unhurried afternoons. The shared family pool and separate kids' pool are both bordered by sunbeds, with outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane soap. As the evening settles in, fire pits cast a soft glow, and a 60-metre shared dock provides easy boat access for vessels up to 60 feet.



Resort amenities

Calablanca Residences offers a full range of shared facilities to complement your stay. The spa includes steam rooms, saunas, massage cabins, and outdoor jacuzzis - use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge, with reservations made through your Concierge. Massages are also available at an additional cost through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment, the game room offers billiards, ping-pong, and foosball, and there is an on-site convenience store for everyday essentials. A pool table is also available for use.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is stocked for guests who enjoy cooking together - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses are all included, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table for the full group.
