Large Condo close to the Beach with 4 Floors!
The ground floor bedroom is the only room on the ground floor. It comes with a private bathroom and a small patio. The bedroom includes is a 50" TV (with Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, and Chromecast).
The second floor boasts a large kitchen, dining area and very spacious living room with a 14' ceiling. This is a very large two bedroom unit.
The third floor boasts a large bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom. Larger than the ground floor bedroom, it includes a 45" TV (with Amazon Firestick).
Sun Deck - above the Living Room on a 4th Floor is the Sun Deck. This Sun Deck has 360 degree views of Pacific Beach including Ocean and Bay Views. It comes complete with high end patio furniture and a fireplace!
