This condo is located within a short walking distance of snow skiing, tubing, ice skating, and all the wintertime sport Sugar Mountain has to offer. A very short drive to 2 grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, a mountain coaster, gem mining, shopping, and more.

There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room to give sleeping for 4. Gas fireplace, flat screen smart TV in living area, WIFI, private washer/dryer, and stainless steel appliances.
