Check in process was okay. Location was close to the stadium as we were looking for but the area itself wasn’t that great. Nothing around to do. Took a little bit to get ahold of host to get answers for wifi and the tv never worked. Shower had another person hair in it on the wall. Seems like they tried their best to clean, but it almost needed to gutted and redone. Very old building. It was convenience for us to be close to the stadium for the game.

I also want to note that I approved a complimentary late checkout until 5:30 PM (well past the standard 11:00 AM) to help with your schedule. That said, I’m sorry you had trouble with the TV/WiFi and that you noticed a cleanliness issue in the bathroom—those concerns are being addressed with our team immediately. We appreciate your stay and will continue improving the guest experiences Local Recommendations. I wish we would have communicated a little better there are plenty of more things to do in Arlington.
