This new condo features the best of everything, all you need to bring is your clothes! There is 1 king bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, and walk in closet, full size washer/ dryer, and 1 den with comfy sofa futon for a guest. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler provided. Second bathroom has tub shower combo. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Sarasota and our condo has to offer- you won't be disappointed! Property is gated and secure entry with security cameras. This property is hypoallergenic so we do not allow any smokers or animals to ensure safety for those with allergies.
