V. Molova is a three bedroom Self Catering House on two levels, with two Bathrooms (one on each floor), a Fully Equipped Kitchen, spacious Living Rooms, a Veranda looking at the fishing Molyvos’ picturesque Port and a Terrace with Sea View. Both levels have access to the garden using different entrances.
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are accessible through an internal staircase. These three bedrooms have 12 foot ceilings, air conditioning and ceiling fans, two share a terrace overlooking the sea, while one faces the garden through two windows. A cozy room on the ground floor, with fan and window is build halfway into the rock, has also a couch-bed.
V. Molova is located five to twenty minutes' walk from the harbor and its restaurants, the central beach, the main market and the medieval castle of Molyvos.
House is ideally located for families or people looking for private relaxation or to be in touch with local social life and events.
Enjoy al fresco dining and Barbecue out, in our large terrace. Lie down on the sun loungers in the areas of the large garden surroundings, have fun and relax overlooking the Aegean Sea.

This was an outstanding rental and we will return next year. The property has everything you could wish for in a vacation rental: exceptional views, large pool, spacious, tastefully decorated accomodations and a perfect location right in the center of the village. The owners were extremely helpful as well. We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend it.

A stunning property in an idyllic location.

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at the Villa Molova. The property is very comfortable with lots of character and fantastically located a short walk from the centre of Molyvos, the harbour and the beach. There is plenty of great outdoor space with the option of sun or shade. We enjoyed having breakfast and lunch on the terrace and spending time swimming in and relaxing by the pool taking in the breath taking views. The village has a great choice of places to eat, all that we sampled with delicious food and many with fabulous sea views. The owners could not have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome as did all the people we met in Molyvos. Overall, it is a lovely friendly place to stay and we highly recommend it.

Amazing villa, beautiful location, superb views

Our first time to Lesvos and we loved it! This villa is beautiful with the most amazing views. The pool is wonderful and we spent a lot of time relaxing beside it and just looking out to sea. The villa is immaculate and was cleaned mid week as well with fresh linen etc. It is very homely and is full of beautiful antiques and art. It was a real privilege to stay here. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone going to Lesvos - it's quiet and relaxing and yet you can be at a restaurant or shops within minutes. The house is cool inside and we did not need the A/C on very much either. This villa is five stars for location, views, comfort and EVERYTHING! The best location and villa in Lesvos!

Fabulous

We are a young family of five with extensive travel experience. We have traveled to Lesvos many times and also have extensive travel throughout Europe. This villa provided one of the best experiences we have had on a family holiday. The host was fabulous and we were welcomed like a family member. The hospitality could not be exceeded. The property itself, is spectacular with fabulous views. Thoroughly recommend if you want to experience the best that Greece has to offer. We love the property and we love the family owners and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

Great house, great owners, perfectly located

To make a long story short: it is challenging to find something better in this category. The house is old and charming but very well maintained and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs too, but that's the price for getting such a wonderful view. The infinity pool is just amazing. The house is very quiet but is perfectly located. You can go to restaurants in a few minutes. That's really a great place for families, couples or friends. The owners are very professional and very kind too.

A great holiday villa

A wonderful house. A few days after we arrived we truly felt at home, including as a result of the warm welcome and hospitality of the mother of the landlady. Great location (close to the old fishermen harbor), fantastic views over the sea, great orientation (facing West, with the sunset gracing the pool each evening), large infinity swimming pool (with whirlpool corner!), original period furniture throughout the house, two balconies facing West and the sea, one for the bedrooms on 1st floor, and one next to the kitchen for great breakfasts and romantic dinner. Space is abundant, decor homy. A great villa that made our stay there in August 2011 truly memorable. There is also abundant private parking space.

Best Villa in Molyvos

I stayed with my family of 4 for 12days. This historic villa is located on the hill overlooking the village. It is within short walking distance to all shops and tavernas. We spent most of the time on the balcony offering spectacular view both day and night. It is one of the few villas in the village with a private and well maintained pool. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the house is well maintained. The villa is easily accessible by car via a private gateway. This is highly recommended as it is without doubt the best villa in town.

Romantic Getaway

My husband and I went Lesvos for our honey moon. This villa proved to be the most romantic setting possible. The villa had beautiful bedroom with balconi. From my room the view was the sea. The furnitura is classica and orginale. The villa is very close to the beach and to the very pretty port. The villa also has a very nice pool with jacuzzi.

Perfect Greek Villa!!!

?y family and I visited this villa in June of 2011, for one week. The property was excellent and the facilities advertised were exactly what was described by the landlord. All amenities of the villa were working properly, and although the villa is a historic landmark, all appliances and renovations were in excellent conditions. The outdoor infinity pool was very well maintained, and the lounge area was a place where my family and I spent most of our day. The villa is secluded in the village, and within walking distance to the center of town and the main beach. Overall my family and I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this villa for any party.

The best place to be on the island

we spent 8 days last summer and we had such a great time .House is secluded but within walking distance of 500 meters from the village shops and restaurants and the accommodation as well as the pool are worth each penny.

Fantastic accommodation!

The villa is unique. It sits above the harbor with spectacular views wherever you stand. At the sunset we felt that we don’t want to ever leave. We had a great time there and our children loved the pool and the garden. The accommodation has everything you need and is only a few minutes walk away from the castle, beach, local food shops, butchers, bakery, post office, pharmacy and a large selection of taverns. The owner was very helpful and made us feel like we were home. This was my first visit to Molivos and the village really surprised me. It’s a wonderful picturesque place. For sure we will come back sometime.

Hello, I am Mariza and I live eight months in Molivos with my family, the place of my origin, as my family has been living in Molyvos since 17th century.
When my grandfather built a new house, in 1926 in order to host his family, after his marriage, he never had in mind that this house will be passed down through the generations and will be a friendly guesthouse.
Over many years now our house in MOLIVOS village, in LESVOS island is a vacation home for numerous guests from all over the world.
The Story of the House: V. Molova is part (the half) of a large home built in 1926 by Ioannis Krallis after his wedding to Maritsa Kalligeris, to house their family. The premature death of Ioannis in 1932, following by the birth of two sons, led Maritsa back to her family, in the village of Sykamnia. In the next 50 years the house was occupied by the Germans (WW II), guerillas, the army, refugees and earthquake victims. The entire house was first time restored to its original condition in 1987 and was divided, from Ioannis' sons - Nikolaos and Stratis - between the two families.
Liana (Nikolaos' wife) and their children Mariza and Ioannis, after the sudden loss of Nikolaos in 1988, started hosting guests from all over the world, many returning year after year, turning V. Molova, into a vacation and relaxing home for numerous guests, for decades now.
