Weather event cancellations - eligible for refunds when weather or conditions result in a mandatory evacuation order or large-scale outage of essential utilities. Note June through November is considered high storm and hurricane potential season. Travel insurance is recommended - although ensure you are aware of covered conditions.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 - sleeps two
Retreat to the king bedroom featuring luxurious linens and private access to the outdoor deck. Enjoy peaceful nights with a noise machine and unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV.

Bedroom 2 - sleeps four
Welcome to the "Kids’ Paradise!" This playful room is designed with two sets of twin bunks, noise machine, a smart TV for entertainment, and a charming window seat for relaxing - making it the perfect beach-themed sanctuary.

Bedroom 3 sleeps two
This king bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, a cozy seating area and private access to the outdoor deck with ocean views. A noise machine ensures a peaceful night’s sleep, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready for the day.

Two bathrooms are available - one with a spacious walk-in shower, and the other with a bathtub shower combo. We provide shampoo and conditioner for your convenience, along with a blow dryer, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.

LAUNDRY ROOM
A laundry room is equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, making it easy to keep your vacation wardrobe fresh and ready for beach adventures.

OUTDOOR PARADISE
Step outside to a large yard ideal for family activities. Relax in the hammock with a good book or fire up the barbecue pit for a delightful evening cookout while visiting at the picnic table or relaxing on the patio furniture. The outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and fun, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

BEACH ACCESS
Take a leisurely walk to the beach, where beach toys are provided for your stay to ensure endless fun in the sun. Build sandcastles, splash in the waves, or simply soak up the sun!

PARKING
Ample private parking for four vehicles is available for your convenience, allowing you to easily come and go throughout your stay.

PET POLICY
Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a maximum of two and max 50 lbs each. NO EXCEPTIONS. No cats allowed. The pet fee is $100 per dog per stay.

Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.
