The living room invites you to relax with a smart TV, board games, a plush couch and loveseat, and a decorative fireplace that adds a touch of charm. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker, and flows easily into the dining area with seating for four. Start your mornings or wind down your evenings on the outdoor deck, where you can sip coffee or dine al fresco while enjoying a peaceful neighborhood setting. When it’s time to unwind after a day of exploring, the bedrooms feature room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep, ensuring you’re ready for another day in the Queen City.

• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras: (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway into the street as well as a partial view of the street, and (2) located on the side of the building and actively monitoring the walkway along the back of the home as well as the back of the home.
• Long-term stays allowed.
