Host was very responsive to our inquiries. Place was super clean (pool may need some TLC though) and the various units combined have more space than advertised. Only thing is that we were unable to prepare even simple light meals as there were no pots, pans, silverware, cups or plates… just a couple of knives and glasses. But the place is really nice and quiet and feels very safe. Loved it and would not have a problem going back there.

The kitchen was a bit disappointing, no lots or pans to cook for more than one or two people. No oven, warm fridge, and beeping throughout the night, when the host knew about the cooktop. Overall the place was clean, but pretty run down.

We stayed here with a group of friends for New Year’s Eve weekend and had the absolute best time. The house was extremely clean, spacious, and well taken care of, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the weekend right away. The layout was perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax, hang out, and celebrate together.We especially loved having access to the pool and grill — both were great amenities and really elevated our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the home was exactly as described in the listing, if not better.The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to ring in the New Year. We would absolutely recommend this home and would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It’s located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with lots of greenery that gives the backyard and pool area great privacy. The home was extremely clean, and our group of four appreciated how the bedrooms were well-spaced out and very quiet—perfect for us since we were in town for a fitness competition and needed solid sleep.We rented the main 4-bedroom villa, which was spacious and comfortable. The pool was a bit cool for the first few days, which we expected for the time of year, but it warmed up nicely once the sun hit it and became a great spot to relax.The location is ideal: about a 12–15 minute drive to the Broward Convention Center, and also walkable or a short drive to grocery stores and the beach.There was a minor issue with the cooktop when we arrived, likely from cleaning products, but the owner responded quickly and came up with a reasonable compromise right away, which we really appreciated since we had planned to cook most of our meals at the villa.Overall, this is a beautiful property with excellent host communication. If we return with a larger group, we would absolutely consider renting the entire compound. Highly recommend!
