Convenient location, cute place, but the floors were dirty and the pillows are not good. Glad there was someone available in the office in the second floor to show us where to go. I’d stay again and bring my own pillows.

This loft space was great! Very spacious, had everything that we needed and more, the beds were comfortable. It was close enough to everything for us, and was only a short Uber/Lyft ride when we didn’t feel like walking.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It's in a unique and historic loft building, complete with vintage-style elevator. Property is very spacious and had the basics, but lacked the extra comforts that really could have made this place shine. Close to the river and a beautiful park area that was enjoyable for walks. Immediate area is not super-polished, but we had no issues and never felt unsafe. Easy and plentiful parking both in the lot and on the street.

This is an old building with old problems. A downpour one evening left our space and belongings soaked with water from rain coming through all 4 windows. The furniture is nice but not practical if you weigh more than 200 lbs. There were sparce cooking essentials but items like a mixing bowl, can opener...etc were missing so don't plan to make anything other than hamburgers or hot dogs. The elevator was broken so climbing several flights of steps with luggage and back issues was not okay. There is absolutely no insulation so you can hear EVERYTHING going on around you. Talking, walking, vacuuming, as if it were in your space.The host was responsive and accommodated a small refund for all of the inconveniences. He was very nice and a lot of what happened was beyond his control. If you are looking for something modern, hip and conveniently located, this is a great rental. Void of all the mentioned issues, I'd rent here again. But will not in the future.

Everyone has their opinions and rightfully so, I beg to differ with this guest on some of the things she mentioned but there is one particular that I would like to comment on and that is the furniture not holding more than 200 pounds, there is one piece of furniture that she may be inquiring about and that is a small love seat in the bedroom, as I do believe it will hold over 200pounds this guest stayed in this loft for almost a week and I’m sure she did not stand up or not sleep the entire time😊
