Great location in a beautiful place

Exactly as described with good accommodation for our family. Ski out is a little complicated but ski in is easy. Management team was easy to communicate with. House was well stocked with appliances/utensils etc.

Perfect Place for Family Vacation

Property was beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. It slept two families (10 total) very comfortably. The Treehouse addition with pool, workout facility, happy hour, games, outdoor basketball, grill was definitely a wonderful addition to our experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Spring Skiing

Great Location. Amazing views! We skied at the end of March and the snow was a little soft but it was so Hot outside we were skiing in tshirts. Thank goodness the place is on the slope so we could change out of the winter gear and keep going.

Amazing location

Totally as advertised. Beautiful well-maintained property that is truly ski-in ski-out. We’ve normally stayed at the Constellation and Ritz condos but we needed a little more space and the accommodations were quite comparable. The mountain concierge shuttle was also extremely prompt and made travel to the gondola and village a breeze for the non-skiers in our group. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful and spacious residence

We had 3 families stay on premises and it felt spacious and homey at the same time. While it is a ski-in/ski-out, it didn't quite work for us as many of our group were still beginner/green-level, so had to trek up to the drop off at the Ritz to ski. Added a little more hassle, but once our skills improve, we would consider renting again. management was very responsive and kind.

What a great time my friends and I had this past week!!! The condo was amazing and the service was spectacular! We arrived and the lock box code was emailed to me, so there was no waiting! Wonderful, comfortable house. Fun for all ages, including our 1.5 year old grandson. Lots of appropriate toys and spaces for him to play — with supervision. Perfect ski in/ski out situation. Close to all amenities you would want, including the perfect Tree House, a short walk away, that has all forms of relaxation and exercise complimentary to what the Gondola house already provides. So, it could not have been better, more comfortable, warm and inviting for us, our kids and grand kids — party of 6 adults and 2 very young children: ages 1.5 years and the other, 5 months old. Great location

The home is clean and well located near the Treehouse activity center in Mountainside. You should note basic condiments and spices are not provided, nor are paper towels or kitchen sponges, so you need to bring everything. The one problem was that the TV just stopped working and the set up seemed problematic with the control box perched precariously directly above the TV well out of reach without a ladder. The TV did not work for most of our stay, which was a disappointment for baseball fans who wanted to watch games and no one was able to address that.

This is listed in the pre-trip information. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to locate paper towels or sponges, we would have certainly provided those had we known that you were missing them. We are also apologetic that the TV gave you some trouble during your stay. If we are given the opportunity, we would love to host you again and make it right. Better Than Expected

Very easy to book. All online. The photos look nice but the quality of the house was better than we had envisioned. The rooms are thoughtfully placed on three different levels. All the bedrooms have their own private bathroom except the bunk room, I think. The bedding and pillows were very nice. There is a family room downstairs with a huge tv and it’s own bathroom as well if you lock the bathroom door to the hall. My teenaged son used this room to sleep in and he was thrilled. All the kitchen pots, pans, plates, and utensils were very high quality. Plenty of dish soap, paper towels, plastic wrap, etc. The BBQ grill was conveniently located on a small deck adjacent to the kitchen. There were plenty of board games available to play, good books scattered about on shelves. Foos table downstairs in the family room. Hot tub outside. The gondola runs above the house. We were 9 people in the house and felt that we had plenty of space to be alone if we wanted to. Of note, there are 3 available parking spaces. There is one car in the garage whom I assume is the owners. So there is one spot available in the garage and two more spots on the driveway. There is no street parking, so not sure where anymore cars would park. We had a wonderful time. I had one issue of a missing garbage bin that I called about. I left a message and they called back promptly. I would love to stay here again. Maybe in the winter next time.

Fantastic Family Get Away

Really great location for "kids" of all ages. Comfortably living house with excellent spaces for everyone to have their own space or be together. Location could not be beat, right under the gondola. Everyone had a phenomenal time.

Great House with Beautiful Views

Fantastic house that I would book again. Very well stocked with wine glasses, coffee cups, plates, etc. Setup of house is perfect for 2-3 families to sleep comfortably. We had one family upstairs, one downstairs and grandparents in the master on the main floor. Our family skis and the slope is right next to the house, however, I would warn new skiers that it is a blue (more difficult) to get to the gondola. Quick 10 minute drive to the Village or less than 5 minutes to the Ritz Carlton. There is a hot tub on property and also a pool / hot tub at the Treehouse next door for the neighborhood to use. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay...the condo was beautiful exactly as described and better. A few things that really stood out: Foozball (great entertainment for a 4 and 6yo), comfortable beds, gourmet kitchen, grill, hot tub, breakfast outside on the porch. We loved easy access to hiking and the amenities at the Ritz. Rental company is great and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
