Perfect location.all attractions walkable. Great restaurants closeby. Parking in the parking garages nearby. Little Expensive but I guess that is Philadelphia. No.issues with the shared washing options
The property was very clean and had plenty of sleeping room. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book here again. It’s in a very walkable neighborhood, close to everything.
Excellent location, great communication from host, and hard to beat the price. Quiet inside even though it's near a vibrant area. Felt pretty safe overall. Mattress, sheets, pillows and towels were all very nice. However, there was sticky pink liquid on the floor when we arrived, the AC unit squeaked intermittently throughout the night, and the bed frame was very loud and woke us up anytime either of us rolled over. Overall would still recommend.
USE THE PARKING PASS under the coffee area - we didn’t find it until after paying 150 for a garage, for 5 days. The apartment for this listing is 2R, remember that if you reserve this listing. The bathroom needed maintenance upkeep, that didn’t happen during our stay.All-in-all the apartment met our needs. Having the dining area and full kitchen was really nice for the week. The Gayborhood is a walkable, cute neighborhood, with great dining options within walking distance.
We had a lovely stay and this place looks just as advertised on the inside. Definitely walkable! Has a long flight of stairs to the unit, which we handled fine but we had large bags which wasn’t ideal. It is a quiet and peaceful little oasis. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was because of the check in and check out - the communication wasn’t super smooth, and it was hard to get into the unit because of the lockbox. But I think that shouldn’t discourage you from renting this nice place - just don’t have tight connections/travel plans or a ton of luggage. And don’t count on an early check in or out being available. :) happy travels!
Great little home base for adventures in the city with my wife and 2 small kids. Close to everything. Great neighborhood. Secure. Host was fast to respond for any questions we had.
We had a lovely stay in Philly for the World Cup. Easy access to public transportation down to Lincoln Financial Field. My only suggestion would be to clearly label the lockbox in some way so it would make things a little easier upon check-in. Thanks for the stay!
