We did not ski though the conditions were great. The kids 4 and 6 years enjoyed the snow and especially their private sleighing in the garden behind the house. The house is just beautiful.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick auf Willingen. Schön mit unserem Hund war auch, dass man hinter dem Haus direkt im Wald auf Wanderwegen war. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich ( email und WhatsApp) und der Check-in war über den Schlüsselsafe absolut einfach. Natürlich war die Auffahrt steil, aber dafür hatte man ja auch die tolle Aussicht. Wir können das Haus also gut empfehlen.

Nette Hütte

Waren dort mit drei Leute. Garten und Terrasse schön gepflegt. Die Hütte war sauber. In der Kühe hat nicht gefehlt. Parkplatz zum einparken und ausparken ist etwas eng finde ich. Ansonsten war es alles Super.

In die Jahre gekommen und sehr Pflegebedürftig

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt unerwünschte Mitbewohner und deren Hinterlassenschaften sind auch nicht zu übersehen. Die Matratzen sind in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen bei weitem nicht der Norm. Fazit: eine traumhafte Lage mit tollem Grundstück. Aufgrund der Sauberkeit, etc. würden wir jedoch nicht noch einmal hierher kommen.

Liebe Magnus und Freunde, Aufgrund der häufigen Vermietungen wird das Ferienhaus zweimal pro Woche gründlich gereinigt, und Matratzen (unter anderem von Emma), Bezüge, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht älter als drei Jahre. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass das Offenlassen der Terrassentür und das Anschalten der Heizung bzw. des Kamins im Zimmer Mäuse aus dem Wald anlocken kann. Mein Nachbar hat mich gebeten, Sie darauf hinzuweisen, Ihr Auto nicht auf seinem Grundstück zu parken. Ich habe auch versucht, Sie darauf aufmerksam zu machen, das Feuer in der Feuerschale niedriger zu halten, um Kosten zu sparen und Brandgefahr zu vermeiden. Es ist bedauerlich, dass Sie aus diesen Gründen offenbar nicht mehr mieten möchten.

Prachtige locatie, maar vreselijk last van muizen

De locatie is geweldig mooi en het huisje was ook helemaal prima. Maar we hadden helaas veel last van muizen. Ze kwamen door de kieren en roosters in de keuken. Op een bepaald moment liepen er wel drie tegelijk door het huisje. Het was dus niet echt fijn ontspannen na een dag op pad te zijn geweest. Tip: laat dit professioneel bestrijden en maak alle kieren dicht zodat de volgende gasten hier geen last meer van hebben. Verder prima huisje en alles was aanwezig.

Hallo Gerda, Onze woning bevind zich midden in een natuurlijke en bosrijke omgeving, met vele dieren, en heeft o.m. een terrasdeur naar buiten. Diverse gasten laten de deur open of op een kiertje wanneer men gaat roken, barbecueën of gebruik maakt van de vuurschaal, of vergeten eenvoudig deze dicht te doen. Als het koud(winter) is willen met name muizen de warmte opzoeken en "glippen" de woning binnen. Als men dan ook etenswaren/kruimels achterlaat is het natuurlijk extra feest, en kan het zijn dat men de muis(en) waarneemt. Om deze te bestrijden zijn er o.m. muizenvallen in de woning aanwezig. Tevens zijn er ook andere voorzieningen om muizen te weren aanwezig. Jammer dat het u deed besluiten om de woning als matig te beoordelen, temeer daar u het overige als prima heeft ervaren.
