Located in the heart of the downtown Watch Hill, this Condo is an oasis of serenity in which you will never want to leave. Economical option to wedding venues in the area, most within short walking distance. Take long walks on the beach, watch the beautiful sunsets, relax to the sound of the waves and stroll to the light house. With easy access to both the public and private beaches, a historic Carousel, a downtown area full of shops and restaurants, you will always be entertained.

In this brand new condo, you won't have to worry about fitting your whole family because our condo easily sleep up to 6 people. In the master bed room there is a luxurious queen bed, and in the other bed room there is a bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The top bunk is a single, the bottom bunk is a double, and the trundle is a single. Also in the living room the couch has a pull out bed .

The condo has 2 bathrooms which each have a shower, a sink, and a toilet. But the master bathroom also has a jet tub.

The top of the line kitchen has all of the best stainless steel appliances such as a spacious fridge and freezer, a microwave, a gas stove and an oven. You can eat your one of a kind meals at indoor or outdoor dining areas.

The patio not only has a breath taking view of the beach, ocean, the downtown area, and the beautiful sunsets, but it also has two rocking chairs and dining table.

This condo also has 2 flat screen smart tv's and wifi for when you are relaxing indoors. The flat screen TV in the living area has a gas fireplace under it.

Condo rental includes 2 parking spots.

This beautiful location will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal - right across from the beach and the carrousel. It is our second time staying here and we will definitely return!

Wonderful September stay at Erich's condo. Very clean unit with a well-stocked kitchen. Perfect location. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning. Loved hearing the ocean waves from the unit. Highly recommend this VRBO property and will return in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Erich Strunck's property. It was neat and clean when we arrived and wonderfully located right in town. Any complaints I might have are minor ones and overall I would recommend the property to anyone staying in Watch Hill.

Lovely place to stay

Wonderful stay at a great property. One nice element is that it is the place at the ebd of Bay Street in Watch Hill you have some side windows that look out. The owner was nice and helpful to deal with at all times. Definitely would return.

The property was perfectly situated right in the town of WH across the street from one beach and down the hill from the other. It was perfect for our three young kids (5, 3, 1). We were surprised how big and spacious the property was and it was very comfortable for our week long stay. The condo had everything we needed, including beach supplies. We loved our stay and would love to return.

Wonderful getaway!

My family and i stayed at this condo right in the heart of watch hill in late June. The owner, Erich, has everything we could need - washing machine, towels, kitchen supplies, soaps and detergents, etc etc. Comfy beds, spacious living room, and fun deck to people watch and grill! Highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Location for Summer Fun without Driving

My wife and I grew up in this area and have lived in CA since 1982. We both always loved Watch Hill but this place with it's spacious rooms and convenient location make this a great stay. Walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants was great. Ice Cream across the street too!!

The perfect Watch Hill experience

Our host had thought of everything to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. He even indicated his favorite places for breakfast and dinner. The beach was ideal and and just across the street. The nearby restaurants and shops were great, including the ice cream shop opposite our condo. We could see both the ocean and a fun street scene from our balcony. Loved this place!

Downtown Watch Hill

We were just looking for a quick get away between the end of school and the start of all our summer activities. This place hit the mark for everything we wanted - walkability to the beaches, the shops and restaurants of Watch Hill. The condo was clean and spacious. Excellent place to stay in Watch Hill

We traveled as a family, including two kids, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Watch Hill. The unit is spacious, clean, well-located, convenient, and comfortable. It is walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and beach access points. Erich was a terrific host. He was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating and it was clear that he cared about our family having a good experience. We would highly recommend this unit for future travels to Watch Hill.
