Perfect for small group

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. The fireplace was really nice and thebed was so comfortable.

Seamless check-in, nice room. Very reasonable price. Great location if using the ski hill.

We came to Steamboat to mountain bike and sight see. The property is close enough to the action to get there quickly, yet just on the edge as to not be too nutty. Property has a few hot tubs, swimming pool, game room, etc. We did not use these though. The concierge/time share rep. was very helpful and not pushy to come to a presentation at all. He just offered it as an option for us. Maybe that was because we were only staying 2 nights with limited time. There is a sofa in the room that was large enough for our 11 year old to sleep on in addition to the king bed and queen Murphy bed.
