- THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR

- There is another property on the 2nd floor

- There will be guests directly upstairs. Please be mindful and respectful of quiet hours (10pm-7am).

- Families with children are welcomed!

- The home feels very private and comfortable... you will feel like you are at home!

- The location is centrally located to most famous and popular attractions

- Guests will have access to 2 private parking spaces located on property lot, off street at all times.

- Parking on street in front of the house is prohibited by city of Los Angeles. If you park on the street the city will tow you + fine you. If you need additional parking, you can park in the nearby streets without an issues.

- Home offers powerful portable Air conditioning units in all rooms

- Private patio area with garden available for guests

- You are welcomed to smoke OUTSIDE in the patio without any issues. However, smoking in the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.

- Please also note that our house neighborhood is best described as up-and-coming in a diverse urban settings. The house is safe and secure ( exterior camera surveillance 24/7 and fully gated ) and it is good if you are comfortable with urban living.

- There is a railroad track located in the street in front of the home. An industrial train passes once per day and can be noisy for about 45 seconds. Other than that, the train tracks are unused.

Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Must checkout by 11am. Late checkout not possible due to high season -No need to reset beds -Turn off all lights and used appliances -Leave used towels in laundry area
-pickup board games and leave in basket -Return key for digital keypad back on front door lockbox (if used) -Make sure to lock all front doors -Close the back gate after fully exiting
-Return front door key + remote to lockbox at back gate -Take a picture of the keys + remote in lockbox after checkout and text to me to confirm the time of your checkout
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
