I live on the property in the main home, but the guest house is a separate suite with self check-in/out process so you’ll have the space to yourself.

The apartment is brand new, spotless, and impeccably clean. We had a great one-night stay, and the location matches the description with a nice neighborhood. Everything was great. We were in town to tour FSU and it was perfect for my son and I. About a 15 min drive from campus but that was ok as we had a rental car. If you don’t it would not be a bad Uber drive but also not overly convenient.The property had everything we needed and you can tell the owners thought of everything a guest would need. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Emily was also easy to communicate with. If my son decides on FSU would stay here again.

I had the most wonderful stay here! It’s super cute and cozy! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charming touches that made it truly special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the lighting was warm and inviting, and every little detail—from the soft blankets to the well-stocked kitchen—showed how much care went into creating a relaxing environment.The location was perfect too: peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure my stay was absolutely seamless.I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway with tons of charm, this is the place.
