Your group will have access to a plethora of amenities, including hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, gas grills, and access to fitness rooms, a steam room/sauna, and two-lane bowling alley at One Ski Hill Place located at the base of Peak 8.

Just outside the townhome you'll see a shed with garage doors. This is where you will take your trash and can be accessed via your keycard left inside the unit. Behind the garbage container is a path leading to the outdoor pool and hot tub complex.
Garage/parking
Pull up to the condo, and you'll have parking for two cars. One in the garage and one in driveway. Head inside through the garage and you'll enter the foyer to the home. Please leave ski boots inside the garage!
Entryway/laundry
After ending the condo from the garage, there will be a storage closet for jackets and clothes neighboring another closet with stacked laundry machines.
Kitchen/dining room
As you enter the home, you'll see a large dining room that seats six comfortably. To the left of the dining room, you'll see the full-size kitchen. Outfitted with all premium appliances and stocked with basic essentials, your group will have everything you need for whipping up amazing meals throughout your stay. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that seats three, as well as a pantry to store your dry goods and treats!
Living room/patio
The living room is the perfect place to relax around the fireplace or gather around and have a movie night. Featuring a gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV with cable and an Apple TV, we're sure to meet your group's entertainment needs. The couch in the living room pulls out to provide a queen size sleeper mattress that sleeps two. The living room grants access to your private outdoor patio, with outdoor seating and a private propane grill. The patio provides an excellent environment to breathe in the crisp mountain air while drinking your morning coffee or grilling up a feast for dinner!
First bedroom/first bathroom
Continue down the hall and you'll see the first bedroom on the right with a comfy king size bed, closet, dresser and flatscreen TV with cable. Directly across the hall you will find the first full bathroom, that would be shared with the main living area.
Master bedroom/master bathroom
Further down the hall is a door that leads into the master bedroom and master bath. The master bedroom also contains a king size bed, with two storage closets, a full-size dresser, and a large mounted flatscreen TV with cable. The master bath is a spacious room with tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
