About this property

Adorable Single Level Cottage with Covered Porch Close to Campus

Graceland South is a three bedroom, two bath home located about 1.3 miles from campus in Piper Glen, an adorable cottage community. This single level house has no stairs, making it accessible for all, and the split floor plan provides extra privacy. The covered back porch includes seating for 8 and a wall-mounted outdoor television.

Graceland South is not your typical game day rental. To avoid a daily 80-mile round-trip commute to my job at AU, this is my home from Sunday evenings until Friday afternoons. The home is available for Friday and Saturday night rentals. Special arrangements may be considered for additional nights.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
DO NOT remove sheets, pillowcases, blankets, mattress pads, or duvets from beds. DO NOT make beds that have been slept in. Put used bath towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels in a bathtub.
If the sleeper sofa is used, remove sheets and place in laundry room. Remove trash and recyclables from the cottage and place them in outside containers. If removed, cover patio television.
Return thermostat to the following setting: o A/C mode: 78 degrees o Heat mode: 68 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
