Traveling for work? This home is perfect for you! Fully furnished home features two bedrooms with comfortable, queen-sized beds and full bathrooms. Bedding and towels are top of the line to make your stay feel like a 5-star hotel!

Skip the gym membership! A third bedroom has been converted into a gym, equipped with a workout bench, full rack of dumbbells and exercise bands to help keep you in shape. There's also a bicycle for you to use anytime. There's a dedicated walk/bike path lined with shade trees and native plants only half a mile from the house. There’s also a neighborhood pool you can use during the summer season too!

The house features a beautiful home office, complete with a desk, printer and basic office supplies. No need to find a laundromat to do your laundry - a washing machine and dryer are provided.

The backyard is landscaped and offers a quiet retreat to enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or sit on a lounge chair in the grass to watch the evening sunsets.

The master bedroom and living room features smart TVs with all the major streaming services and local TV channels. For those cold winter nights, enjoy a glass of wine or hot cocoa with a nice fire in the wood

The kitchen is equipped with all the standard kitchen gadgets to help you in your culinary endeavors: oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, knife set, cooking utensils, blender, electric beater, etc. There’s also a backyard BBQ propane grill at your disposal.

If you travel with your pet - not a problem! The back door is equipped with a doggie door with access to a grassy backyard anytime.

Overall, this house is the perfect place for traveling professionals to stay! It's only a few minutes from I-10 and Loop 375, and no more than 15 minutes from all the major hospitals in town. There are plenty of options nearby for entertainment, shopping, hiking and local attractions!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 12 Noon. Don't worry about removing the sheets and bedding. We'll take care of that for you! Make sure all room lights & fans are turned OFF - use the remote controls in each room.
-- Take the trash from all bathrooms, bedrooms and the kitchen to the grey bin on the side of the house. -- Turn the AC thermostat to OFF.
Lock all three locks on the back French door. Press and Hold down the # button until you hear the "Door Locked" prompt. Have a good trip!
