The house is ideal for two families with kids, it features open floor plan perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all open with lots of seating. Enjoy family time in front of a fireplace after a day of skiing, snowboarding, biking or hiking. In the summer, open the doors to the expansive deck with a grill. 

Upon entering the house, the spacious entry foyer offers ample room for all sports gear (including helmet/boot wall mount rack) and clothes. The first floor has a living room with a fireplace, kitchen and dining area, walkout to a deck, and a half bath. The second floor has four bedrooms, two full baths, laundry. The basement offers a media room with a surround sound system, a small kitchen area and a half bath.
