Very good

Spectacular location with good river access and a fun fishing hole on a small adjacent island. Super well stocked kitchen. New construction of patios by the river will be a nice addition when complete. Very good house but a little bit beat up. Bathroom configurations are a bit weird, particularly bunk room with no bathroom. The biggest drawback is that there are no window coverings in any of the rooms except the primary bedroom. On long Montana summer days, that meant a short night for sleeping and some privacy issues with an adjacent driveway that looks down into the house.
