Guests have full access to the entire condo and all the amenities within the complex including the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball and basketball court, playground, and clubhouse. Note: The hot tub is open year round while the swimming pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
The condo is on the second level so guests must use stairs to access the property.
There is a condo above, so guests may hear movement now and again.
The trash bins are located outside throughout the complex.
There are 2 parking spaces allocated to the condo in a heated, covered garage. There is additional outdoor parking throughout the complex. Please note that this is a shared garage. The garage has 2 assigned parking spots and a clearance of 7.5 feet in height. If you need additional parking (or have a larger vehicle), there are outdoor parking areas throughout the complex. Trailers, boats, and RV's are not allowed in the complex. Please message me so we can arrange parking at Jordanelle or elsewhere.
