If you want to be in a quiet out of the way place and still have all the essentials - this is a great choice - glamping almost off the grid is what I call it - for say avoiding a wild 4th of July and just wanting to celebrate America's greatness in peace and quiet for once. Thats what my wife and I did - heard 2 firecrackers, that's it - bbq'd hot dogs, hamburgers, drank some adult beverages and listened to the wind through the trees
The host was very easy to work with responded in a timely fashion. The place was clean enough, comfortable for three of us. Having two bathrooms was great! Kitchen was well stocked although regular coffee would have been nice. The had a keurug coffee maker but only flavored coffee. We brought ground coffee with us but no regular coffee maker. Also a hair dryer in either bathroom would be nice. Some beautiful mornings and evenings so a couple of patio chairs would be nice. Great location, nice campground. The Rockhouse coffee shop super close and a great place to visit. Great breakfast burritos and coffee! Would stay there again.
