The house was clean the rooms were very big and spacious. The parking is tricky but it was a nice stay overall

Overall good stay. Initially, the given door code did not work so had to try it repeatedly then call the host, who gave an alternate code that worked. TV service was problematic but everything was fine.

The place was well represented from the listing, with the exception of the AC and the door code. When we arrived, there was no AC. The property listing has AC in the title and that was the #1 reason we selected it. I am aware of how hot apartments get in NY during the Summer. It was 90 degrees in the apartment at 7 a.m., I was unable to sleep the first night.Also when we first arrived, we got in both doors w/no problem. Coming home at 2:30 a.m. on the other hand was an issue. I had to text the host many times, finally I called and he changed the door code for us to get in. The AC was fixed around 11a and the place cooled off right away. But that did not fix my first night of not sleeping. Overall I would like to give this all 5 stars, but I am giving 4 because of the AC and door issue. I still would recommend this as a place to stay and will consider it for my next trip. But I will verify the AC is working prior to paying full price.
