I’ve got quarterly meetings in Lake Placid. I’ll definitely rent this place again. Quiet neighborhood and low crime rate. I use Real-Time Alert App from Apple App Store to check out areas before I travel, really helps, try it out! Enjoyed my morning walks to the boat ramp and beyond. Beautiful and unique part of Florida! A true gem!

Beautiful, well equipped home

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The house is well equipped with just about everything we could possibly want for a good long stay. The host was very accommodating with excellent communication. I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

We stayed at Ramiro’s Lake June home, he was a great host, he was very prompt in responding to our questions. The home was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. It felt like home. We will definitely stay again. My teens even enjoyed our stay.

Ramiro was an excellent host! The house was super clean and up to date. Was staying with family for a few days. We all enjoyed our stay and would book this place again. I highly recommend! Definitely the best home rental I’ve ever stayed in!

Another Great Stay!!

We've stayed at two different properties of the owners and both times were fantastic! Beautiful, quiet homes that are modern and clean! The owners are top notch and very easy to work with! I cannot recommend them enough! We've already booked for 2020!

Lake Placid Tranquility

We enjoyed the comforts of this very clean home. The neighborhood was pleasant, and going for bike rides and walks was safe and easy with paths and quiet streets everywhere. Location was excellent-just minutes from supermarkets and downtown Lake Placid. It was nice to have a garage for our car and bicycles. Romero was a great host and answered our questions promptly.

Nice get-away

The house was clean and Rumiro was very helpful. We needed a new place ASAP to stay and he was flexible to help us. The only thing I would note if you plan to cook is there aren’t any basic cooking supplies (salt/pepper, spices, oil, etc) which would have been helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come to stay again!
