Good location - although we still drove everywhere. Responsive, helpful host. Good price for what you get. Comfortable bed. Nice to have the sliding doors to separate the bedroom from living room in case someone wants to head to bed while the other watches tv.

Everything you need & nothing you don’t.Comfortable , peaceful , centrally located for Mystic/Stonington . We are from the area originally and visiting family -so only used kitchen for coffee- but looked to be stocked for anything. Nice size rooms, good bed and enjoyed the inviting outside area. Dorothy was sweet and there if you need her. Will return if I ever needa place to land again

This was a very comfortable, quiet rental with plenty of amenities. We are a family of two parents and one 13 child and the bedroom-living room connection worked for us. The sofa bed would be uncomfortable for an adult, but was fine for our child. All sheets and towels were very clean. The whole place was very cozy and comfortable. The town of Stonington is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment (first floor of the house) was clean, well equipped and well ventilated with a/c as well. It was private, situated among several well kept homes. Its proximity to Stonington and other towns was very convenient. Our hostess was friendly and welcoming! Five stars!!

We were charmed by the property and kindness of Dorothy. The house is very cute and spotless clean. All equipment and amenities were as described in the listing, Dorothy sent a list of local attractions and places to eat which we used and were very pleased. We loved it!

Quiet and safe area. Disappointed with appliances for breakfast. Definitely ok if you’re not looking for more aesthetic housing. First ARBB I stayed at that didn’t have upgraded coffee maker, toaster and no access to coffee or tea. Would have been better with coffee for AM.
