This Fairways Royale luxury walk-in suite requires no steps or stairs to access, and it beautifully overlooks the Thousand Hills Golf Course right in the heart of Branson! It also has one of the most breathtaking views in Branson from its large, enclosed sunroom! Located within the Fairways at Thousand Hills and just off 76 Country Blvd. (the Main Strip), 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to Branson Landing, and just three blocks from the Aquarium at the Boardwalk!

Additional entertainment features include large LED TVs mounted in each room with smart TV access in the living room, cable TV packages, books, table games, & free High Speed Wireless Internet access throughout!

We personally clean, manage, and maintain this property to ensure everything is perfect for your stay! It comes fully stocked with all the comforts of home, including: a full-sized kitchen, all major appliances, cookware, dishware, cooking utensils, standard and Keurig coffee makers (with all supplies provided), and so much more! You couldn't ask for a better location as it's only two blocks from the main strip and right by so many world-class attractions, shopping opportunities, and restaurants!

Upon reservation, we will immediately send you a welcome message, directions to the condo, and a Q&A e-mail containing additional information about the condo. The front door utilizes a digital keypad. We will send you a unique code prior to your arrival. That way, you may go straight to the condo and begin your vacation as soon as you arrive. Please do not wash the towels or bed linens. Leave bed sheets as-is on the bed & place dirty towels in the plastic clothes hamper.

The condo was bigger than it looks in pictures and was incredibly clean. We had a great time at this place. The kitchen is really well stocked with all of the utensils needed to make a great dinner. Beds were comfortable and both rooms had a king sized bed! The only problem we had was we could not find the light switch for the sun room. We just didn't go in there.

Aside from my full-time Vacation Rentals management, I'm also a Certified Financial Planner with degrees in Marketing, Management, and Finance.

I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of the Branson community, and I proudly support our veterans. I appreciate the fact that the City of Branson has a great respect for God and Country. I love working with the public, and when I considered renting out our Suite, that was the deciding factor. I really want others to be able to come here.... enjoy getting away.... & relaxing.... it's perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway! I love that Branson is a beautiful tourist destination that's home to some of the greatest, most unique shows & attractions in the world!
