Built in 2025, this 30 day minimum stay, pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom smart home comes with a built in security system and smart doorbell for your security and convenience. Inside is a full size kitchen with an oven/range, dishwasher, air fryer, and full sized refrigerator. In the living room, enjoy a 65 inch smart tv on the large comfortable couch. You will also find a half bath conveniently located downstairs. Upstairs, find your own laundry room with full size washer and dryer. You will also find your Primary bedroom with private bathroom, a walk in closet, and a king size bed. Your second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is set up as a private office space with an extra monitor and adjustable desk that can be used at sitting and standing heights. However, the 3rd bedroom also has a full size Murphy bed so it can easily be used as an extra bedroom when needed. The second and third bedroom share the second full size bathroom. There is plenty of parking with a two car garage and space for a third car in the driveway. There is even a level 2 EV charger in the garage for your convenience. You and your family will enjoy your own private backyard with a grill, table, and pergola as well as the two community parks walking distance from your temporary home. We allow up to two pets to stay at this property. Both dogs and cats are welcome with proof of spay/neuter, vaccination, parasite prevention, and a plan for pet care when owner is not home for extended periods of time (they may not be left unattended in backyard or garage). A starter pack of hygiene and cleaning supplies is provided. As this is a minimum 30 day rental, we do require tenants submit to a background check and sign a lease before we can confirm reservation.

This home was just built the beginning of 2025. It is a smart home with solar panels, a total house water filter, and a security system. It is very pet friendly, with its own backyard and proximity to two local parks, both walking distance from the home. It is comfortable, clean, with all the modern day perks we love.
