Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure air conditioner, fan & lights are turned off when departing.
Please ensure to remove all rubbish and place in refuse shot & recycle bin beside in area located beside the lift.
Remove all personal items. Ensure to check the safe prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All bookings must be registered to an adult over 21. The guest named on the booking must be present for the entire stay.
The property is let to you for holiday purposes only, and not to be used for any unlawful purpose.
Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Late departures will incur a $75.00 fee.
