This charming property features 2 bedrooms-one with a cozy full bed another with, a bunk bed- full bed below, twin above, couch that can be used as a bed. Queen air mattress availbe upon advance request. With 2 full bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring or beach-going.(It is about 5 minutes from the beach). Whether you're enjoying the AC(3 window units) or deck with table and chairs,this amazing house has everything you need for a terrific stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. The lot is extra large, drive extra long, plenty of parking and privacvy. Pets welcome. They will have plenty of room to run. Many shopping and eating areas, blocks away.Minutes from Naval Air Station. Perfect for work stay of any type-contruction, refinery, tech, or jobs on base.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Tuesday is trash day. Must take can down the drive to the front. Please turn a c units up while away, off upon leaving.
Pick up any trash, dog poop, cigarette butts please. Please wipe dishes with the scrub brush and put in sink. It would be great if you'd wash them!
Please pour all liquid and ice out of any drink in cups or bottles before disposing of them in the trash bags provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House was in dated but quiet neighborhood. The location is great! Just a block or two to the inlet and 10 minutes to Padre Island, just over the bridge. Close to everything! House was clean and comfortable. Fencing in yard could used some work and sand burrs are in the yard, but that’s a coastal thing, just be conscious of them when walking pets. Overall, it was good and we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! Communication with the owner was great! Thank you.

The houses was dated. No heaters. The shower in the master bathroom didn't hold the water consistent, had to constantly wiggle the knob. The laundry room / entry smelled like cat urine. Several towel racks were loose from the wall and there was rust in the refrig.

For the price it was nice but needs a good cleaning in and around the property. It definitely had enough beds for six people but the living area was small. It had the main essentials but no coffee cups. There was no fenced in yard for dogs. The fenced in yard was attached to the main house. The yard around the property was dirty and full of burrs that got in my dog’s paws. The air conditioning window unit in the main bedroom blew a moldy smell into the bedroom so we had to leave the door open at night. It needs to be sprayed for bugs and the refrigerator cleaned really well. The host was quick to answer and helpful. Would make a great stay with just a few things cleaned up.
