Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the washer with soap and start on a “Hot” cycle. Load dishes and start dishwasher
Strip beds and place sheets on top of bed
Turn off lights and thermostat set to 72. Lock all doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, overall it was a great property.

Overall the property was perfect for what we needed. We came for thanksgiving and needed a place to stay for a few days. The rooms were clean, despite a weird smell in the bunk bed room. The beds were too tall for my elderly mom to get into and we needed to borrow something from family to help get her into the bed. Overall would stay here again.
