This 5 bedroom house is perfect for hosting family and friend events in College Station. Whether you are in town for the weekend or an extended stay, please make yourself feel at home here at my house. I graduated from A&M in May of 2025 and commissioned as a 2ndLt in the Marine Corps. Hopefully one day I will be able to move back to Bryan-College Station and expand my short term rental business here! Thanks and gig 'em! -Chase

The inside of the house was clean clean the outside of the house had a lot of trash around it in the form of cigarette butts. We don’t smoke but it was perfect for what we needed and would most definitely book again.

I have corrected the bed size to show that there is only one king and the rest queens. There are no electrical breaker issues or plumbing issues. Sorry you had a bad experience

It is only a 4 bedroom when it is listed as 5. The 5th room is the living room (old garage) with cots vs an actual bed. When arriving it was not cleaned nor ready for check in. We had to check in later to wait for them to come and clean.
