Liandys is ready to welcome you! 3 spacious bedrooms, DB sofa bed, 2.5 bathrooms, dog friendly, secure yard, air-conditioned, free WIFI, HD Smart TV, Chromecast, Nespresso coffee maker, BBQ, outdoor room with fan.

Liandys is a recently renovated air conditioned home with a modern interior and light filled rooms. 3 bedrooms - 2 x QB and 2 x King Singles (which can be easily pushed together to create a KB), DB sofa bed in Living Room. Huge bathrooms with an extra washroom in the large laundry area, which is also a lockable storage area for your water toys. Beautiful gardens and front deck to enjoy the regular visits from the local kangaroos, parrots and some resident bower birds under the frangipanis.

liandys@lakeconjola is a home where you are encouraged to feel relaxed and chilled, leave the everyday world behind and really enjoy this beautiful environment. There is so much to do in the area, either stay close to home with beautiful walks or lazing by the lake or beach, kayaking or a SUP paddle at sunrise or sunset, fishing wherever you can drop your line or hiking further afield in the surrounding National Park.

The lake is an easy flat 120m walk away, with the beach, 3 boat ramps and local cafe within a 5 minute drive. Lake glimpses from the front balcony.

The house is very comfortable, light and bright with an open plan living, leather lounge, air-conditioning, combustion wood fireplace, kitchen and dining which flows to a spacious outdoor entertaining area. There are comfy chairs and table setting, a BBQ ready to use and the space is great for entertaining family and friends. For more chill time check out the many books and games for your enjoyment.

Our property is dog friendly with small dogs allowed inside but we do ask that you control access to the living areas only, not in bedrooms or on furniture. Large dogs outside only please, you are required to clean up after your dog.

No smoking in the house, including the front deck. Please bin your butts. Firewood is not supplied and is available at the local shop.

Linen & Towels: Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats and washcloths are provided. (In the 3rd bedroom the king single beds can be easily pushed together to create a KB, however, KB sheets and quilt are not supplied - the room is only prepared as 2 single beds with linen). You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Supplied: All beds have mattress & pillow protectors, down quilts, quilt covers and comfy pillows. Blankets are supplied in the colder months. Tea towels in kitchen drawer.

The property was lovely. However, the photographs did not show that there are three stairs between the living areas and the bedrooms/bathrooms and this was difficult for a guest who has walking issues and difficulty with stairs. There should be a photograph of the stairs to avoid this inconvenience for those with this issue. The hous all looked pretty flat from the photographs which is why we selected it. Also, we could not get any Netflix at all although the remote had a Netflix button, even when we signed in it said that the TV was not suitable. That was disappointing as the free to air was dreadful.

Expectations exceeded on all measures. The most ‘homely’ holiday accommodation we have ever experienced. Best appointed, spacious and comfortable. Location was ideally situated in a tranquil setting with easy access to lake. Not sure it gets any better.

The property is very conducive to a relaxing stay and I would recommend. Clean. Comfortable beds. Big kitchen with all the equipment you need. Large spacious rooms. Large selection of books and games. Lots of kangaroos around town. If we come back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic

I took my family away along with our dog. This property was so lovely, it has everything you need with plenty of space. It was very clean and has been nicely updated. The backyard was secure for our dog. The Manager Liane was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. We will be definitely going back very soon.

Beautiful Lake Conjola

We loved our stay @ liandys@lakeconjola just as much as we loved Lake Conjola itself. The properly was exactly as described and perfect for our family and 2 small dogs. The location is great, very easy to get around to all of the fabulous attractions of Lake Conjola - the cafes, beach, stand-up paddle boarding, walking along the lake and bike riding!! We had an awesome time. Thank you!!

Quiet recluse with hidden treasures

We wanted a quiet holiday with good quality facilities which we got. Everything we needed was in the house. There was plenty of room and lots of things there to entertain ourselves with if we wanted to. Out of the mainstream tourist spots. It was just a short drive away when we wanted to head to those areas. Friendly neighbours as well.

We love travelling and sharing new adventures, both here in beautiful Australia and overseas. We recently renovated our Lake Conjola house to create a relaxed, coastal and happy vibe which we enjoy sharing with family, friends, our guests and beautiful spoodle puppy, Kali.
We are out on the water as much as we can, either kayaking or chilling at the beach. In the cooler months we are avid AFL Sydney Swans supporters, and when not at a game we like to explore the regions' beautiful hikes and also indulge in winery tastings and great restaurants.
