Great and serene location away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city. The property was easily one of the most unique experiences, apparently they’re newer to VRBO so setting up and arriving was clunky at first but as soon as I made contact with the host Michaela, it was smooth sailing from there and things were not confusing. Check in and out were clear! Cozy place and there was a bevy of things to do close by, an excellent North Star if you’re visiting Humboldt County for the first time! We had a tour of the property and got to see the adorable little goats, very clear that they are curious lil creatures! Jonathan was also extremely accessible! To the casual vacationer, beware the offer of chopping wood as you may realize how hard that is, a few ants, and a house spider doing its job, this place is not for you if a few ants or anything that comes with a farm would turn you off or your whole world upside down for that matter. Would stay again 10/10
