The property was very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately it was a 4 bedroom and NOT 6 as advertised.
Dean also has an office in the home using the garage.
Dean did however look after any concerns very quickly.
I would recommend it but as a 4 bedroom only.

Very sorry that you thought it was a six bedroom but it’s advertised as a four bedroom with two pull out couches.
Spacious inside and out, the property met all our needs. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen a good size and adequately equipped and the living area works for large groups. The hot tub and the propane fire pit were wonderful bonuses providing a fun outdoor space overlooking a large yard. Dean was a wonderful host having taken the time to greet us upon arrival and walk us around the property. Plus he was always quick to respond to our questions. All good. Recommended!
Beautiful property but house was infested with house flies and earwigs had to buy fly paper strips and hang them around the kitchen and dining room. Compost bins should be located further from the house maybe down by the barn.
Prior to our arrival, I had reached out to the owner with a few questions. His response was immediate and very helpful. Planning a vacation with a two year old and two month old required some planning. There was plenty of space on the property to play with the two year old and the bedrooms allowed for naps for the children.
I would highly recommend this property!
Dean was an amazing host and the place was perfect for a large group ; clean and accurate ; had everything we needed for a large group . Hot tub and Ocean view a bonus
Beautiful home and lovely garden property. Could not have asked for a better place to enjoy a family reunion and wedding. Rented the house and mother-in-law suite. Peaceful surroundings and great host.

An estate on PEI
Dean's place borders on palatial, and has every convenience you can imagine. It is also nicely air conditioned, which came in handy during the recent heat wave on PEI.
One comment about the location. We were initially thinking that we were in the middle of nowhere but actually the location is great. It is easy driving distance (maybe 20 minutes) to Charlottetown, but also about 30 minutes to the main beaches on the north coast (Cavendish etc.). And Dean's place is within easy walking distance of a charming small beach just behind it, and a short drive to Argyle Shores.
Dean himself is very helpful and met us at the door even though we arrived much later in the evening than expected.
