This carriage house was finished in April 2021, so everything is brand new and sparkling clean! Calming neutral hues and the green hills outside the large picture window provide a peaceful oasis from the everyday bustle. The full kitchen comes stocked with everything you need, and the house features a bright full bath with tiled shower/tub and a stackable washer and dryer. With a plush seating area for relaxing or watching TV, and a bistro table and chairs for eating of working, you`ll have everything you need to make yourself right at home!

I live close by and am available to help with anything you need. However, I am always respectful of your privacy!

Belvedere is one of my favorite Charlottesville neighborhoods. The unique houses, neighborhood layout, parks, and central location make this neighborhood special.

This house is just 5 miles from UVA, 4 miles from the downtown mall, and 2 miles from Rt. 29, making it easy to get anywhere in Charlottesville quickly. Public transportation is available (closest bus stop is 1 mi. from the house), and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful as well!

Security Hold Notice

Please note for reservations booked and paid for through VRBO, a $500 temporary hold will be placed on the credit card on file prior to checkout in place of a traditional security deposit.

This is not a charge—it is simply a temporary authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 4 days after your departure, provided no damages or issues are reported.

If anything is identified after your stay that may require using a portion of the hold, we will contact you directly before any charges are processed.
Cancellation Policy Details

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment costs incurred at the time of booking.

If we are able to rebook the cancelled dates, we are happy to refund any recovered amounts (less the processing fee).
