We had a wonderful family vacation at Fred’s property. The location is amazing with the beach right across the street and shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There were lots of games and toys for our little ones (1 and 4) to play with inside, and plenty of beach toys available for use. Fred provided a pack n play and ordered a high chair for our son to use. The kids also had a great time in the pool. Hope to be back again!

The property location to the beach was excellent. There are great views of the beach and the bay. The place was very clean. There were plenty of items available for a great day at the beach which included chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and floats. The kitchen is well stocked with all items needed for cooking a great family meal. The pool was a nice break from the beach and the neighbors were all kind and friendly. This place is highly recommended.

The place was right across the street from the beach which was awesome. The place had all the needed beach stuff. However all the dishes and linens were dirty, the pots and pans looked like they weren’t cleaned. The location was great but attention to deals were lost.

The condo was amazing. Perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The garage was stocked with all-things-beach. We rented a golf cart and there was plenty of parking available. Excellent vacation and we can’t wait to come back.

I own a branded merchandise and apparel company, and my wife teaches 3rd grade in the Philadelphia school district. We fell in love with Anna Maria Island the very first time we visited six years ago. After exploring every part of the island, Bradenton Beach quickly became the place that felt like “home.” We love that it has the perfect balance of laid-back island charm and walkable convenience. You can start the morning with a quiet beach walk, grab coffee nearby, spend the afternoon in the sun, and end the day with a sunset that truly never gets old.

We stayed in this same Bermuda Bay Club community—actually in this same unit—before becoming owners, and we instantly knew how special the location was. We love that the Gulf is only steps away, and that everything you need is close by. You can park the car and forget about it for your entire stay. Restaurants, live music, local shops, ice cream, and beach bars are all within walking distance, and the free island trolley makes it easy to explore without ever driving.

Bradenton Beach has a friendly, welcoming energy that makes it easy to relax and slow down. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, yet still full of character. We love the natural beauty here—sugar-sand beaches, turquoise water, dolphins in the distance, and sunsets that stop you in your tracks.
