Beautiful little cottage. We had a lovely time away. Sight seeing. Would absolutely love to stay again. Highly recommend to friends family and anyone looking to stay on the peninsula.
It's ok...The host was happy to accomodate the fact that I could not do 2 days but 1 since my partner was very ill and hospitalised (I mean why wouldn't he, we paid the full 2 day price still haha). It's a fair place if you need to just sleep for the night while exploring the entire day.Issues:1. Hot water pressure (minimal, could not feel the water pressure pretty much)2. No soap whatsoever anywhere, including toilets (surely that is a basic item)3. Lack of basic amenities4. The beds itself had some sort of weird droppings under the mattress (I was checking for bedbugs)Good things:1. BBQ area with matches ( did not use)2. close to water (small walk)3. ease of comms
Just around the corner walking distance is the stunning view of Stansbury's water over the cliff. The quaint cottage is adequate. All you need. Owner helpful. The neighbours dogs annoying before sunrise. Otherwise a lovely stay thankyou.
Thank you so much. We wanted a cheap getaway. We were happy with basic accomodation. We didnt need anything fancy and this was just great. Nice and quiet. Cant wait yo do it again

Sorry you are disappointed with your stay, not sure how you came to the conclusion that it is dirty and has sticky floors as everything had been cleaned and floors mopped prior and after your stay and any other guest's, Most of the other reviews praise how clean and comfortable the Units are. Yes it is a bit dated but no different than the photo's on the sight for people to make their on decision weather to book or not.
Now that I have been informed that someone had broken the the screen door latch I have had it repaired.
I am very disappointed and find it offensive in the raciest comment you have made in regards to Greek cashing. First of all I am not Greek and respect other nationalities second, most people are very happy to find good budget family accommodation at an affordable price. If you choosing to pay budget don't expect to get 5 star.

Thank you very much for allowing myself and the kids stay. We were very happy and would definitely come back.
My apologies for not mopping the floor I couldn't find any disinfectant and I suggest a new dust pan please - it isn't flat and is frustrating.

Hi Belinda thank you, I also noticed that the dust pan and broom from your Unit was missing and the pan in the Laundry was not flat so I have replaced them this week when we came up.

Everything was what was expected however the Microwave was not working due inside plate size and the TV had an intermittent antenna problem which was very frustrating. As mentioned in other reviews the floor was sticky and bedside lamps would be a welcome addition.

Hi Alan,
Thanks for letting me know, looks like the little plastic drive spacer between the microwave and the plate has gone missing so I replaced the micowave today. I found some of the arms on the TV ariel broken off so I have also replaced the ariel. Seems that the chemical that we have been using to clean and sanitise the floor is leaving a sticky residue if it is mixed to strong as this has happened before, so I think I will be changing chemicals. Thank you for that information.

Could be a very acceptable accommodation if it was clean and had a comfortable main bed.The windows and entry door were filthy (Not just dirty). The refrigerator needed a good clean and there were crumbs under the microwave. The electric jug was partly filled with dirty brown water. In 60 years of travel, I have never experienced anything so bad.The bed bounced when one person turned over, enough to wake the other person. My wife found the couch more comfortable to sleep on.The two main things I look for is clean accommodation and a comfortable bed.Value for money would be way above acceptable if the place was clean and had a better bed.
Nice managers, we were able to check in early and the bbq area at the front is nice. However the property needs serious updating - the mattress was very uncomfortable, we left 1 night earlier as we just couldn’t sleep. No pressure in the shower.
Also had an ant invasion, though it’s no ones fault and the property was clean.
