Great Location

We were two couples who spent four weeks at the villa. It is a great location, walking distance to the Flea Market & excellent restaurants. The staff were very friendly & very helpful. The gal that cleaned our villa was excellent, she couldn’t do enough for us. If we needed something they were there to help. It is a very quiet area and we enjoyed our stay

Great stay and great spot

Property is great with a fantastic pool, clean rooms, great facilities, communication with property manager was easy, the villa is close to seminyak beach, double six beach, close to eat street and shops. We walked to all these places with ease. Property was cleaned daily with a wonderful and kind cleaner. Mini mart, coffee shop, and a great massage place just 250m from villa.

Great location

Short walk from “eat street” and quiet location. Nice villa with pool and air conditioning in both bedrooms. A welcome pack of coffee pods and milk would have been awesome given our super late night/early morning arrival! Staff were amazing!

Seminyak villa

We only stayed 2 nights at this villa out off 13 because it was unclean and not upto the standards i would expect...the owner said i only paid 110 a night and thats what I should expect with the villa only been 400 metres from beach i booked booked the villa not for been close to beach i booked because it looked nice on the pictures which where taken at night looked totally different when we arrived i would look else where.

Hi Chris, Not really what I told you but I wonder why the previous guests didn't complain about the supposedly not matching pictures. It was your honeymoon apparently and yes I understand that my villa is not up to your standard for such an event. We are a good value for money villa (average 130 USD/night), perfectly located while in a quiet area. Indeed, If you are expecting a 5 stars standard, better to choose another villa or another area not so close to the beach and main street. Cheers. Julia.

Séjour détente à Seminiak

Après avoir découvert Bali pendant un dizaine de jours, nous avons loué cette villa pour terminer nos vacances en mode farniente. Villa assez conforme à l’annonce…proche des commerces, de la plage, des restos. Petit bémol : propreté de la cuisine (vaisselle pas toujours très propre et installation assez vétustes (évier, four, poubelle…). Chambres et salles de bain ok. Ménage fait tous les jours. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Good location, 3min walk to the Seminyak main street. Kept clean by a maid. Driver Wayan was very helpful and took us on customised tours. Pool water had specks floating on the surface but otherwise clean and warm. Overall - very good stay

Vraiment top et surtout un housekeeper au petit soin ! Villa au calme, très bien située , proche à pieds du centre avec ses commerces et restos et de la plage. On recommande vraiment !

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location.
This property is situated - for me - in the best part of Seminyak which is the best part of Bali. You can have the quietness of the beach nearby or plenty of action if you rech the main street. Beyond the Balinese people which are incredible, Bali is unique for its capacity to offer you a whole life (beach, coworkiong spaces, sport, restaurants, bar, spa, shopping, social life...) in a 500 meters radius. This villa is just 5mn walking distance from the beach and 5mn walking ditsnce from eat & shopping street (40 restaurants & 120 boutiques are nearby), 3 supermarkets around, plenty of convenience shop, etc...
So I love the location and another important point, we are in a dead-end street , so we don't have trafic at all.

What makes this property unique

You can't find better location, especially if you are a family or a group of people with different needs or tastes to satisfy!
