Great beach and pool

Basic apartment in lovely location. Great beach and pool on doorstep. Quiet but close walking distance to bars and restaurants. Had a great stay.

A lot of positives

The location and the fact that the accommodation was directed towards the sea and away from the street/city center, the incredible view, the pool and nice temperature of the pool. No airconditioning in the 3rd bedroom, a bit outdated and worn-out furniture, especially mattresses in high need of replacement! Not a negative of the accommodation as such but no bakery nearby.

Wonderful location, basic accommodations

The location of the apartment is really great, right on the beach with great views. Restaurant on site and a great beach bar out front. Close walk to all Salou has to offer. The apartment itself was fine but it was quite basic with no amenities (even toilet paper or hand soap to start which is not a great experience). One thin pillow on each bed also didn't make sleeping very comfortable. However, it was a good size and our family fit in comfortably. Check in was a particular problem. The keys needed to be picked up at a different location 20 min away and the entrance and access wasn't very clear so it took us a while to find it.

Hi Anita, Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location, views, and the convenience of the on-site restaurant and beach bar. We apologize for the issues you encountered. We strive to provide a comfortable stay, and we're sorry that the amenities did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the initial supplies. We provide a complimentary welcome set with basic cleaning items, but additional supplies, like toilet paper and hand soap, are the guest's responsibility. We understand this can be frustrating and will consider ways to improve the experience. Regarding the check-in, we’re sorry it was confusing and took longer than expected. We’ll review the instructions and process to make it clearer and more convenient. Thank you again for your input, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience in the future.

Geniale Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.
